Our newly invented wet sand-adding and low position sand-adding technology effectively reduces the production cost and increases its mechanical performance of the sand-adding pipe as well as the productivity by 100% compared with imported equipment. The manufacture line is composed of the following 5 machines: inner lining machine; sand adding winding machine; infrared curing machine; calibrating machine; and demoulding machine.

FRP PIPE PRODUCTION SEQUENCE :

(1) Get the mould ready;

(2) Fabricate inner lining layer;

(3) Wind the structural layers;

(4) Wind sand layers;

(5) Calibrate working surface ;

(6) Demould the pipe .
