| FRP(GRP) Pipe |
Our pipe production covers a range from 50mm to 4500mm in diameter, among which 50mm to 300mm belong to industrial pipe, and 300mm to 4500mm belong to sand inclusive pipe(adding layers of silicon sand instead of resin in order to reduce cost ).
Main characteristics:
1. Corrosion-resistance: By selection of inner liner resins, it is suitable for any kinds of media, such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, water, organic solvent etc. 2. Light and durable. 3. Easy to install: Length of FRP pipes is usually within 12m depending on site condition. 4. Good adaptability: Diameters of pipes are between DN25-4500mm. Normal pressure is below 1.6MPa. 5. Higher conveyance: The smooth inner surface (N<=0.0084) gives higher circulating ability and also saves energy of the pump, prolongs its service life. 6. Lower permeability. 7. Strict testing: With the advanced testing equipment, our pipes conform to ASTM,AWWA and ASME standards. 8. Low cost: compared with pipes of other materials, our GRP pipes are much more economical and durable.
9.high strength: hoop strength may reach 100-400MPa. |
